摘要
目的:研究鹿蹄橐吾的化学成分,鉴定化合物结构。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱,并运用硅胶薄层制备以及凝胶柱色谱的方法分离纯化化合物,利用现代分析技术解析化合物结构。结果:分离得到了4个化合物:槲皮素(Ⅰ),(E)-3-(2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯酸(Ⅱ),(E)-3-(2,4-二羟基苯基)-2-丙烯酸(Ⅲ),(S)-3-羟基-3-苯基丙酸(Ⅳ)。结论:化合物(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)和(Ⅳ)均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study chemical components in Ligularia hodgsonii. Methods:Compounds were isolated and purified by normal Column Chromatography, Paper Thin Layer Chromatography and Sephadex Chromatography. The chemical structures of compounds were mainly elucidated by modern analytical technology. Results:Four compounds were isolated from Ligularia hodgsonii., Quercetin ( Ⅰ ), (E)-3-(2- hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-acrylic acid ( Ⅱ ), (E)-3-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-acrylic acid ( Ⅲ ), (S)-3- hydroxy-3-phenylpropanoic acid (Ⅳ). Conclusion: Compounds ( Ⅰ ), ( Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) and (Ⅳ) were all isolated from Ligularia hodgsonii.for the first time.
