高校体育专业师生群际互动的调查与分析

The Survey and Analysis of Inter-group Interaction of PE Teachers and Students

运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计相结合的方法,从师生关系满意度、互动途径、互动频率以及互动的影响因素等四个方面对高校体育专业师生群际互动进行实证研究与分析。调查显示师生互动存在途径少、频率低、影响因素多等问题。提出加强师生课外交流、在师生平等的基础上民主地进行互动等建议。

Based on the method of literature, surveys, interviews and statistics, this paper made an empirical research and analyzed the inter-group interaction of PE teachers and students from the four aspects---the satisfaction of the relationship between teachers and students, interactive way, the frequency of interaction and other affecting factors of interaction. The Investigation showed that there existed some problems about teacher-student interaction, such as less ways, low frequency and many affecting factors and so on. It suggested that extra-curricular communication between teachers and students should be strengthened and the interaction between teachers and students should be made democratically on the basis of equality.
