摘要
文章提出基于DSP电阻点焊模糊控制器的结构和设计思想。利用DSP运算速度快的特点,采用逐点积分法计算电流有效值,将电流有效值与设定电流值之间的偏差、偏差变化率作为输入量,输出量为可控硅控制角的变化量,通过模糊算法,最终达到恒流控制的目的。实验结果表明,该控制器对网压波动和回路阻抗变化有良好的补偿作用,恒流控制精度小于2%,能够满足工程需要。
The structure and designing idea of resistance spot welding fuzzy controller based on DSP are presented in this paper. The high speed of the DSP was used and point by point integration method was adopted to calculate RMS( Root Mean Sgnare) of current. The input of the system is the deviation and deviation rate between RMS of the current and setting current. The output is the pilot angle of SCR( Silicon Controlled Rectifier). Through the fuzzy method, it can maintain welding current at the invariable level finally. The results of the experiments show that the controller has good compensation function when input voltage and circuit resistance are changing. The accuracy of constant - current control system is lower than 2 percent, and can satisfy engineering requirement.
