摘要
基于NASTRAN软件,研究了在机翼打样设计阶段考虑颤振约束条件进行结构综合优化设计的方法。气动载荷采用亚音速偶极子格网法计算,颤振分析采用v-g法,优化中以最小质量为设计目标,设计变量为蒙皮铺层参数。对某复合材料后掠翼进行优化设计,设计结果满足静强度和刚度要求,颤振性能大幅度提高,对工程设计具有一定的参考作用。
The method of structural synthesis optimization with flutter constraint in the theoretical design phase of wing is studied. The aerodynamics is analyzed using subsonic doublet lattice method and the flutter is analyzed using v - g method. The optimization objective is minimal mass and the design variable is ply parameter of skin. The structural synthesis optimization design of a certain composite swept backward wing is accomplished. The design satisfies static strength requirement, and the flutter performance has a prodigious improvement. The result can be referred to in the engineering design.
