元坝1井超深井钻井技术研究与应用 被引量:14

摘要 针对元坝1井超深井钻井技术难点,开展了空气钻井技术、复合钻井技术、深井钻井液技术、深井固井技术研究,并在元坝1井超深井上进行了应用,实钻井深7170.71m,钻井周期279.17d,提前完成钻探任务,井身质量和固井质量优,取得了多项重要技术突破和区域钻探高指标。元坝1井的顺利完成,对于加快超深井钻井速度、提高质勘探成功率、推动超深井钻井技术的发展,将起到重要的指导和借鉴作用。 To implement the sustainable development of oil and gas resources, exploration of oil and gas was focused on deep wells and ultra- deep wells in western and southern China. But at the current, deep well drilling techniques could not completely need the exploration and development. Therefore, studies on air drilling techniques, composite drilling techniques, prevention techniques against wear of casing, optimization of drilling fluid and cementing techniques are conducted and applied to deep Well Yuanba-1. The total drilling depth of this well is 7170.71 m and the drilling period is 279.17 days. And the wellbore quality and the cement job quality are high. A number of technological breakthroughs and high regional drilling index are acquired.
