摘要
主成分分析法主要是利用降维的思想,在损失较少信息的前提下把多个指标转化为几个综合指标的多元统计方法。通过对常规主成分评价方法求解过程的分析,得出该方法不能直接用于钻头优选分析。在此基础上给出一种基于向量旋转的主成分钻头评价方法,该方法即能克服常规主成分钻头评价法的不足,又保持了主成分评价方法的内在优点。通过现场实际计算分析,表明改进后的方法能用于油田钻头优选。
The process of bit selection was a multivariate course analysis which was often analyzed with the principal components method successfully. The general principal components analysis method couldn’t be used in bit selection because only one composite index was needed in this course. In order to use the advantages of the general principal components analysis sufficiently, one improved principal component analysis method is developed by means of rotating eigenvectors of principal components to an expectative direction. The improved method overcomes the shortages of the general method and maintains the advantages at the same time. The practice shows that the improved principal component analysis is reasonable and can be used in bit selection.
