摘要
原油污水配注聚合物驱是目前及今后的必然方向。长期以来制约污水配制聚合物的首要问题就是溶液粘度不高,达不到设计要求,对生产和研究都造成很大困难。针对这一问题,在现有生产条件下通过多方面寻找、摸索、试验、研究、分析对比后发现:污水中超高的硫化物消耗了母液的粘度。。在此基础上,结合硫化物的不稳定性,通过对多种除硫方法的分析研究和反复试验后确定采用曝氧除硫。现场使用证明该方法切实可行。该方法实施后,聚合物母液粘度从400mPa.s左右上升到1200mPa.s左右,效果提高了一倍,提高了注聚质量。
Crude sewage for polymer flooding was the inevitable direction at the current and in the future. For a long time the main problem that constraint the sewage prepared polymer was that liquid viscosity was not high, could not meet the design requirements and caused great difficulties for production and research. In consideration of the problem, under the available condition, and with a great afford, studying, experiments, researches and analysis and contrast. it was found out that the viscosity in the parent fluid was consumed by higher sulfurides in the sewage. On that bases, in combination with the sulfuride unstability, various desulfurization methods were studied and analyzed experiments were repeated, it was determined that the method of desulfurization by oxygen exposure was used. The result shows that the viscosity of parent fluid increase from 400 mPa·s to 1200 mPa·s around, its effect is doubled. Quality of polymer flooding is improved. The viscosity is up to 3000 mPa·s, but sewage viscosity is only about 400 mPa·s.
