摘要
针对纯梁采油厂小营油田的油品性质,筛选了高效防蜡菌组F18-C,对其75口油井进行矿场试验,取得了明显的维护与增油效果。成功延长热洗周期5倍以上,减少热洗291井次;减少由于蜡卡造成的作业8井次,同时目标井的电流和载荷均有明显下降。运用微生物防蜡技术可以取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Microbial wax prevention technique was successfully used in Shengli Oilfield. By analyzing the feature of crude of Xiaoying Oilfield in Chunliang Oil Plant, the microbe group F18-C was selected accordingly. By using F18-C, the technique of single well microbial wax prevention was used in 75 wells in Xiaoying Oilfield, better results were obtained. The period of thermal well flushing was prolonged to 5 times, the number of thermal flushing operation and paraffin treatment was reduced by 291 wells and 8 wells respectively. At the same time, the electric current and loading of the well are reduced obviously. The application of microbial wax prevention technique can get good social and economic benefit.
