摘要
采用半集总参数设计思路,利用高场工作模式和双Y中心结内导体形式,研制出了一种S波段电性能优良、体积十分小巧且易于集成的小型化环行器。环行器测试结果:在3.2GHz附近9%带宽范围,插损≤0.35dB,隔离≥20dB,驻波≤1.2,能在-55℃^+85℃的宽温范围工作。
An S-band circulator featuring to be electrically quality, compact, and easily integrated is developed on the basis of the idea of semi-lumped parameters, and with the adoption of double Y junctions of inner conductor and the high field working mode. The test results of the circulator show that within the range of± 9% of 3.2GHz, the insertion loss is≤0.35dB, the isolation is≥20dB, and the VSWR is ≤ 1.2, and the circulator can operate at temperatures from -55 ℃ to + 85℃.
