摘要
对金针菇子实体多糖提取、纯化条件进行优化研究,结果表明:金针菇多糖提取最佳工艺条件是加水量为样品30倍,80℃浸提1h,醇析乙醇终浓度为60%~70%,蛋白质去除为氯仿/正丁醇(V/V),氯仿+正丁醇/样品(V/V)分别为1∶0.2和1∶0.24时,效果最好。
Isolation of polysaccharide from flammulina velutipes has been studied. The optimal conditions of extracting polysaccharide from mushroom as following: adding water volume 30 times as much as that of sample,extracting lh at 80℃. The terminal concentration of alcohol for precipitating is about 60% ̄70%. The best results of protein removal with the volume ratio of chloroform to butyl alchol and that of sum volume of sample to the ratio of same are 1∶0.2 and 1∶0.24 respectively.
