摘要 以工业菜子油下脚料为原料经皂化、酸解、氯化、氨基化等单元反应合成了一种新型氨基酸型浮选捕收剂,并用于云南某中低品位难选磷矿的浮选试验。结果表明,相对于传统的脂肪酸类磷矿浮选捕收剂,该α-氨基酸型捕收剂的水溶性、浮选性、药剂用量都得到明显改善;低温(10~12℃)与加温(31~33℃)条件下的浮选对比试验证明,该捕收剂具有良好的耐低温浮选性能。其研究与应用开发对降低中低品位磷矿加温浮选选矿成本具有重要意义。 A newα - amino acid based flotation collector at low temperature is synthesized by saponification, acid hydrolysis, chlorization, amination and other elementary reactions with residue of rape oil for industrial use as raw material. It was used in the test of low-and-middle grade Yunnan phosphate ores being difficultly sepa- rated. With respect of conventional fatty acid phosphate flotation collector, the a amino acid collector features remarkable improvement of water-solubility, floatability, chemical consumption. The comparison tests of flotation at low temperature ( 10 -- 12 ℃ ) and heating temperature of (31 -33℃ )showed that the collector has good low temperature proof floatability . Its research , application and development are of great importance to reducing costs of heating flotation of low and middle-grade phosphate rocks.
