含碘循环吸收液快速反应结晶新工艺研究

摘要 研究以瓮福集团碘回收中试装置生产的高质量浓度含碘循环吸收液为原料,将自主开发的新型氧化剂加入吸收液中进行反应,使碘结晶析出。在探索试验的基础上,用正交实验法优化了反应结晶和快速结晶的工艺条件,考察了反应时间、反应温度、搅拌速率、氧化剂用量、冷凝时间等影响因素。研究得到的反应结晶的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间2.5h,氧化剂用量1∶1.2,氧化剂流量0.022g/s;快速结晶的最佳工艺条件为:结晶温度40℃,结晶时间1.5h,搅拌速度100r/min,冷凝时间70min。碘的回收率提高到99%以上,所得碘样品含碘94.3%,该研究具有很高的工业应用价值。 Reaction was made using a new oxidizer developed by Wengfu Group being added in absorption solution with high - iodine cycle and absorption solution as raw material produced in Iodine Recovery Pilot Plant of Wengfu Group, allowing iodine to be separated by crystallization. Process conditions of reaction crystallization and quick crystallization were optimized by orthogonal experiment based on exploratory tests. Reaction time and temperature, agitation speed rate, oxidizer dosage, condensation time and other influencing factors were examined. The research showed that optimum process conditions of reactive crystallization were reaction temperature of 50 ℃, reaction time 2.5 h, the dosage of oxidant 1.2 times, flow of oxidant was 0. 022 g/s . Optimum process conditions of rapid crystallization were crystallization temperature of 40℃, crystallization time of 1.5 h, agitation speed 100 r/min ,condensation time 70 rain. The recovery of iodine reached 99%. The purity of iodine sample reached 94.3 %. The technology has high an industrial value.
