This paper introduced the components, mechanism of cellulase, the classification of microorganism to produce cellulase and production technology of cellulase . And summarized the current applications of cellulase on food, feedstuff, spinning, bioenergy development and other fields. And prospected the oncoming study tendency and applications of cellulase .
