中药HDβ-环糊精包合物的制备及性质研究

Study on the Preparation and Auality Inclusion Complex of Chinese Traditional Medicine HD β-cyclodextin Inclusion Complex

目的:研究中药HDβ-环糊精(β-CD)包合物的制备工艺及其药效研究。方法:选用饱和溶液法制备中药HD的包合物,采用正交试验法对包合物的制备条件进行优化。结果:制备中药HDβ-CD包合物的最佳工艺条件为中药HDβ-CD投料质量比1∶3,反应温度50℃,搅拌时间4h,搅拌速度1500 r/min,包合率为35.56%。结论:该法包合效果较好,掩盖了药物的苦味,改善了药物的稳定性,且其药效没有发生改变。

Objective： study on the Preparation and drug efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine HD β -cyclodextrin （β - CD） inclusion complex. Methods： The inclusion complex were prepared by the saturated solution with orthogonal design. Results： The optimization artwork condition of inclusion complex are as follows ： the mass ratio 1：3, reaction temperature 50 ℃, stirring time 4h, stirring speed 1500 r/min, the inclusion rate was 35.56%. Conclusion： This preparing condition is reliable, stable and feasible. It not only conceals smell of the medicine but also imp roves the stability of the medicine.
