巢湖风景名胜区总体规划环境影响评价指标体系初探

On the Environmental Impact Assessment Index System of Master Plan in Chaohu National Park

阐述规划环境影响的概念、起源、发展以及近年来在我国开展的情况,结合我国风景名胜区的资源及环境特点,论述了开展风景名胜区总体规划环境影响评价的必要性,并以巢湖风景名胜区为例,对风景名胜区规划环评的环境影响进行了分析识别,确定了主要环境影响识别因素,并在此基础上,初步提出了巢湖风景名胜区规划环境影响评价的指标体系。

This article expounds the concept and the origin and the development of the environmental effect on master plan. And be tied with our country national park resource and environment characteristic, it has discussed the necessity of carrying out national park master plan environmental impact assessment system. And take Chaohu national park as an example, we analyzed the environmental effect of the national park plan, and have ascertained the main factors of environmental effect. And on this basis, we put forward the environmental impact assessment index system in Chaohu National Park.
