摘要
利用改良CTAB法提取小麦干种子总DNA,总DNA样品经紫外光谱吸收、琼脂糖凝胶电泳、PCR和酶切检测,证实该法是提取小麦总DNA的有效方法,其总DNA样品质量可满足下游分子生物学实验要求。
Improved CTAB method was used to extract the total DNA from dry seeds of wheat.The result DNA samples of the method were evaluated in terms of the UV spectrophotometer analysis,agarose gel electrophoresis,PCR and restriction enzyme digestion respectively.The results indicated that the total DNA got by the method can meet need of molecular biology manipulation.
