摘要
结合新疆某煤矿的带式输送机设计实例,介绍了下运带式输送机的选型设计、确定了电机功率及传动方式,并根据巷道的特点,确定了驱动装置、中间架、托辊及制动装置,该机投产运行后,输送带运行平稳,达到了预期的设计效果。
Combined with the design of belt conveyor of Xinjiang Coal Mine, it introduces the way of design and selection of machine structure. According to the characteristics of mine roadway, the selection of other device is introduced, such as rolling system and braking system. It is running smoothly now. It meets the design desire.
