摘要
针对螺旋叶片在小于一个导程上展开时必须画出全导程的展开图,并对展开图需要准确切分的缺点,结合工作实践,给出了任意高度圆柱螺旋线弧长的计算公式,基于此公式得出的螺旋叶片的展开方法适用于在任意高度上对圆柱、圆锥螺旋叶片的快速展开。
When the spiral vane spreads on a lead which is less than one, an expansion map for the whole lead must be drawn and the expansion map must be accurately segmented. As for the defects, by combing with working practice, puts forward the calculation formula of cylindrical spiral arc with any height. The expansion method of spiral vane which is based on this formula is applicable to the quick expansion of cylindrical spiral vane and cone spiral vane.
