摘要
采用Pro/E软件对碟式分离机转鼓筒体进行实时建模、仿真运动以及三维应力分析,得出了转鼓筒体三维应力分布图和应变分布图,并对不同转速下的应力和应变情况进行了比较和分析,通过三维应力分析得出了碟式分离机转鼓筒体应力应变的分布结果,为生产和优化设计提供了重要的依据。
By using the Pro/E software to carry on the real -time modeling, the simulation movement as well as the three dimensional stress analysis to dish centrifugal separator (DCS) rotor drum tube body. The rotor drum tube body three dimensional stress distribution map and the strain distribution map have been obtained, the comparison and the analysis to under the different rotational speed stress and the strain situation have been carried on. The small dish type splitter rotor drum tube body stress strain distributed result through the three dimensional stress analysis has been obtained. The important technical parameter for the production and the optimization design have been provided.
