摘要
设计了以PLC为测控核心的系统结构,实现了水泵启停控制机制、"移峰填谷"机制、通信协议、模拟量测量方法,综合采用嵌入式和WWW网络版组态软件形成上位机软件冗余系统。该系统基于企业计算机网络,完成了水泵运行参数、井下环境参数的实时监测与水泵系统控制的一体化。
Details the structure, the pump start- stop control mechanism, peak load shifting, communication protocol and the analog measurement of the monitoring system with PLC as the core, and uses the embedded and the WWW configuration software to form an upper computer software redundant system. Based on intranet, the system completes real -time monitoring and controlling that include the water pump operational factors, mine environment parameters and their control.
