摘要 加纤维素酶从江篱藻中提取琼胶和从麒麟菜中提取卡拉胶的研究结果表明:两种海藻经纤维素酶处理后的出胶率均有显著提高。酶处理江蓠藻的最佳提胶工艺和条件为:酶加量140u/g,酶处理时间1.5h,提胶40min;酶处理麒麟菜最佳提胶工艺条件为:酶加量100u/g,酶处理时间1h,提胶1.5h。 The effect of cellulase pretreaments on gracilaria species agar and eucheuma car-rageenan extractability was studied. The results showed the gel yields were improved significantly by cellulase pretreatment. The optimum conditions of gracilaria species extractive technology were obtained with 140u/g cellulase pretreatment for 1. 5 hour, then extracting for 40 minutes. The optimum conditions of eucheuma extractive technology were pretreatment for 1 hour with 100u/g cellulase, extracting for 1.5 hour.
