摘要 提出了基于EMD分解的齿轮箱故障诊断方法,介绍了EMD理论及其算法,完成了齿轮箱齿面磨损故障及正常状态实验,对故障信号进行EMD分解后所得IMF中清晰地表达了故障信息,说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。 A new gearbox faults diagnosis method is presented based on a new signal processing method named as EMD. The algorithm of the method is introduced briefly. The vibration signal of the gear wear fault, as well as the signal of the control experiment is acquired. From the IMF the mode matches the fault feature can be recognized. The experimental result shows that the method is validity and efficient for gearbox fault diagnosing.
