摘要
介绍了EMD算法和EMD能量熵理论,并且运用此理论实现了提升机齿轮箱故障诊断。对振动信号进行EMD分解并求出各IMF分量的能量占总能量的百分比,由EMD能量熵的定义求出熵值,根据不同的熵值实现对齿轮箱正常状态和断齿故障的判别。
The theory of the EMD algorithm and the EMD energy -entropy are introduced. This theory is applied gearbox in the hoist gearbox fault diagnosis. It is used to decompose the signal of the vibration of the hoist run- ups and to calculate the percentage of each IMF component in the total energy. The value of energy - entropy can be calculated according to the definition of EMD energy - entropy. The normal condition and tooth broken fault condition of the gearbox can be discriminated by the different values of energy - entropy.
