介绍了威顿公司一期400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置运行及技术改造情况。对磺枪保温蒸汽系统、输磺管线、脱盐水系统、焚硫炉进行了改造,并将干燥塔顶放空管引入尾气烟囱、循环水用作干吸酸补充水,使企业节能减排工作取得良好效果,硫酸装置各项工艺指标均达到或优于设计值。

Operation and retrofitting of Wyhon （China） Chemical＇s Phase One 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are described. Steam thermal maintenance system of sulphur gun, sulphur transfer line, water desalting system and sulphur furnace were retrofitted. Vent pipe on drying tower top was connected to tail gas stack. Circulating water was used as make-up water of drying and absorption acid. The enterprise obtained good results of energy efficiency and pollutant discharge reduction and every operation index of sulphuric acid plant reached or was superior to design value.
