摘要外伤性后颅窝硬膜外血肿（traumatic epidural hematomas of the posterior cranial fossa，TEDHPCF）占硬膜外血肿的2％～11％。儿童硬膜外血肿（EDH）大部分发生于幕上，而发生于后颅窝的EDH少见，但具有很高的死亡率，而EDH是儿童后颅窝血肿中最常见的类型。
