下尺桡关节的解剖学及生物力学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 下尺桡关节(distal radioulnar joint,DRUJ)是低等动物向高等动物进化的标志之一,是由单纯的韧带联合性负重关节进化成的高度灵活的滑膜关节。它使人手脑之间功能进一步协调,使之得以控制生存环境和使用工具。下尺桡关节脱位约占前臂骨折脱位的7%,国内外文献极少单独报道,多以并发症提及。由于下尺桡关节的解剖特点及对前臂旋转功能所起的作用,促使临床医师对下尺桡关节重要性进行重新评估。笔者就近年来对下尺桡关节解剖学及生物力学研究综述如下。
