摘要
简介数控机床位置检测系统工作原理,根据系统原理框图编写数控机床双轴位置检测系统的地址译码、四倍频鉴相计数等VHDL程序,并对系统的硬件设计进行仿真,试验结果表明,系统可精确检测伺服电机的转速和方向。利用CPLD设计的位置双轴检测系统解决了传统数控机床的加工精度底、电路庞大和制造成本高的问题。
The article briefly introduces the operating principle of the NC machine position detecting system. According to the system block diagram, We design some VHDL programs of address decoder and quadruple frequency phase discrimination of NC biaxial position detection system,and simulate the hardware design of the system.The experiment result shows the system is abce to precisely detect the rate and direction of servo mechanism.Using CPLD,the biaxial position detection system solve the problem of processing accuracy, big board space and hizh cost in tradition NC machine.
