我国矿山复垦问题及对策探析

Problems and Countermeasures Analysis of Mine Reclamation in China

随着我国全面建设小康社会战略部署的实施、工业化的不断推进和城市化步伐的加快,资源需求将持续增加,矿产资源开采日益增多,由此所带来的矿山复垦压力将越来越大。在建设资源节约和环境友好型社会的新形势下,应足够重视矿产资源开发过程中的矿山复垦问题。本文在简要概述我国矿山复垦现状的基础上,分析了矿山土地复垦中存在的问题,并针对矿山复垦问题提出一系列对策和建议。

As China is in the implementation of the well-off society on the strategic plan, continuously pushing forward industrialization and speeding up urbanization, the demand for resources will continue to increase. That directly caused that the exploitation of mineral resources was increasing, which brought about pressure by the mine reclamation will be greater and greater. In building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society in the new situation, attention should be sufficient to mine reclamation issue in the process of exploiting mineral resources. Based on summarizing the current reclamation of mine land briefly, the existing problems in the mine land were analyzed. A series of and suggestions on the mine land reclamation were put forward.
