Research on Migrant Workers' Moral Ideas Based on Social Harmony

农民工的思想道德素质影响自身就业与发展以及社会的和谐。对农民工思想道德方面的现状作了分析,并提出了提高农民工思想道德素质的若干建议。

The moral quality of migrant workers has great influences on the social harmony as well as their job opportunities and development. The ideology and morality situations of migrant workers were analyzed. And some suggestions on improving the moral qualities of migrant workers were put forward.
