沿海地区农户分化与非农化、城镇化协调发展道路探析

Analysis on the Coordinated Developing Road of the Rural-household Differentiation and the Non-agriculturalization and Urbanization in the Coastal Areas of China

沿海地区农户分化与非农化、城镇化的发展是相互作用,相互影响的。在实践中,必须选择适合沿海地区实际情况的城镇化和非农化发展道路,实现农户分化与非农化、城镇化的协调发展。第一要提高非农化质量,促进农户彻底分化;第二要实现城镇化与非农化的基本同步进行;第三,城镇化要适度集中,要有政府的宏观规划和引导。

The development between the rural-household differentiation and the non-agricuhuralization and urbanization in China＇ s coastal areas is interactive. In practice, the developing road of urbanization and the nonagricuhuralization must be chosen for the actual situation in the coastal areas, in order to achieve the coordinated development between the rural-household differentiation and the non-agricuhuralization and urbanization. Firstly, the quality of non-agriculturalization should be raised to promote the farmers complete differentiation. Secondly, urbani- zation and the non-agriculturalization should be pushed simultaneously. Thirdly, urbanization should appropriately concentrate, which is developed by the government＇ s macro planning and guidance.
