CuSO_4水溶液浸种对银荆幼苗生长的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨不同质量浓度CuSO4水溶液对银荆生长发育的影响。[方法]以产自澳大利亚的银荆为试验材料,CuSO4水溶液试验设8个处理(0、0.05、0.10、1.50、2.00、4.00、5.00、6.00 mg/L),对种子进行浸泡,并对不同处理的银荆幼苗的主要生长指标进行测定。[结果]不同处理间的银荆幼苗的全重、主根重、侧根重、根系数、地径粗度、苗高、复叶数之间呈极显著差异,以2.00 mg/L质量浓度的CuSO4水溶液浸种的效果最好,幼苗全重、主根重、侧根重、根系数、地径粗度、苗高、复叶数分别为0.919 g、0.325 g、0.126 g、7.28条、2.53mm、39.61 cm、6.23片,分别比对照提高136.25%、95.78%、142.31%、44.44%、59.12%、65.87%、208.42%。[结论]铜能促进银荆幼苗生长,2.00 mg/L是银荆幼苗生长所需铜元素的最适浓度;铜对银荆生长存在剂量效应。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the effects of CuSO4 water solhfion with different mass eoncn, on the growth of Acacia dealbat Link seedlings. [ Method ] With the A. dea/bat seedlings produced from Australia as tested material, 8 treatments with CuS04 water solution at 0, 0.05, 0.10, 1.50, 2.00, 4.00, 5.00 and 6.00 mg/L were set up for soaking the seeds and the main growth indexes of seedlings of A. dea/bat with different treatments were measured. [ Result ] There were extremely significant differences on total weight, main root weight, lateral root weight, root amount, ground diameter, height of seedling and number of compound leaves of A. dealbat among different treatments. The treatment of CuSO4 water solution at 2.00 mg/L for soaking seeds got optimal effect and the total weight, main root weight, lateral root weight, root amount, ground diameter, seedling height, number of compound leaves were 0.919 g, 0.325 g, 0. 126 g, 7.28 , 2.53 mm, 39.61 cm, 6.23 resp, which were increased by 136.25%, 95.78%, 142.31%, 44.44%, 59.12%, 65.87%, 208.42% resp. in comparison with that of CK. [ Conclusion] Cu could promote the growth of A. dea/bat seedlings and the optimum concn, of CuSO4 for the growth of A. dea/bat seedlings was 2.00 mg/L.
