青蒿琥酯对肝纤维化小鼠肝组织中Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原表达的影响

Effects of Artesunate on Expression of TypeⅠ and Ⅲ Collagen in Rats with Hepatic Fibrosis

目的:探讨青蒿琥酯抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法:通过四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤模型,利用免疫组化技术研究Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原在肝组织的分布情况。结果:与模型组相比,青蒿琥酯有明显降低Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原在肝组织中表达的作用(P<0.01)。结论:青蒿琥酯能够降低Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原在肝纤维化小鼠肝组织中的分布,起到抗肝纤维化的作用。

Objective：To investigate the mechanism of artesunate in the process of anti-hepatic fibrosis.Methods： The hepatic fibrosis of mice was induced by the use of carbon tetrachloride,and immunohistochemical technique was applied to study the distribution of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen in liver tissue.Results： Compared with the model control group,artesunate significantly reduced the expressive effect of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen in hepatic tissue（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Artesunate can reduce the distribution of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen in hepatic tissue of mice with hepatic fibrosis, and can play a role in anti-hepatic fibrosis.
