摘要
目的:探讨青蒿琥酯抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法:通过四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤模型,利用免疫组化技术研究Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原在肝组织的分布情况。结果:与模型组相比,青蒿琥酯有明显降低Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原在肝组织中表达的作用(P<0.01)。结论:青蒿琥酯能够降低Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原在肝纤维化小鼠肝组织中的分布,起到抗肝纤维化的作用。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of artesunate in the process of anti-hepatic fibrosis.Methods: The hepatic fibrosis of mice was induced by the use of carbon tetrachloride,and immunohistochemical technique was applied to study the distribution of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen in liver tissue.Results: Compared with the model control group,artesunate significantly reduced the expressive effect of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen in hepatic tissue(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Artesunate can reduce the distribution of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen in hepatic tissue of mice with hepatic fibrosis, and can play a role in anti-hepatic fibrosis.
