头针配合肌肉定位注射治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪120例

Treatment of 120 Cases of Infantile Spastic Cerebral Paralysis by Scalp Acupuncture Combined with the Muscle-targeted Injection

目的:观察头针配合肌肉定位注射治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合入选标准的痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,治疗组60例,运用基础治疗+头针配合肌肉定位注射方法;对照组60例,采用基础治疗+上田法。连续治疗3月,观察临床疗效。结果:经3月治疗,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为80%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后CDCC智力评分、修订的Ashworth评分与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更为明显。两组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针配合肌肉定位注射治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪,能明显提高治疗效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with muscle-targeted injection on infantile spastic cerebral paralysis.Methods： 120 infantile spastic cerebral paralysis in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（60 cases） treated with the method of basic treatment and scalp acupuncture combined with muscle-targeted injection,the control group（60 cases） treated with the method of basic treatment and Ueda.Clinical effects of two groups were observed after the continuous treatment for 3months.Results：The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group,and 80% in the control group,there were significant difference （P〈0.05）.And there was a significant difference after treatment in score based on CDCC intelligence grade and Ashworth score （amended） compared with those before treatmtne,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvjous.There was a significant difference between two groups after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture combined with muscle-targeted injection can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect in treating infantile spastic cerebral paralysis.
