血脂异常中医证候与患病年龄相关性研究

Correlation Study on TCM Syndrome of Blood Fat Abnormality and Patients' Age

通过600例血脂异常中医证候与患病年龄相关性的研究,发现血脂异常中医证候的产生与年龄有关:随着年龄的增长、中医证候的确定逐渐增多,虚证证候也随之增加。本研究结果提示在血脂异常的中医辨证治疗中要关注年龄这一重要因素,并提出脾虚和肾虚是导致血脂异常的主要病理因素,治疗原则应以补脾益肾为主。

On the basis of studying 600 cases,it was found that the blood fat abnormality had something to do with patient age.With the growth of age,the appearance of TCM syndrome was growing and so was the deficiency syndrome.And the result indicates that in the treatment of blood fat abnormality by TCM syndrome differentiation,the age point should be emphasized.And the deficiency of the spleen and the kidney are two main pathological factors leading to the blood fat abnormality,therefore,nourishing the spleen and the kidney should be stressed in determining the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation for blood fat abnormality.
