酒精糟清液物性及其多效蒸发器的研究

Research on the Physital Properties of Filtrate of Filtrate of Distiller's Grains and Multi-effect Evaporator

对全价干酒精糟饲料生产过程中所处理的清波物性进行了测试。从物料平衡、热量平衡、传热速率及相平衡出发，对六效蒸发器的工作过程进行了研究；指出了引进设备设计参数存在的失误问题；提出了一种改进方案。

Physical properties of filtrate, processed in DDGS, are measured. Six-effect evaperator has ben analysed,from the viewpoints of material mass equilibrium, heat flux equilibrium, heat transter rate and phase equilibrium. mistakes in design parameters of imported equipment are indicated and an improved methed is proposed.
