摘要
采用层流型恒界面池法,测定了Cyanex272-BmimPF6离子液体系萃取金(Ш)的正向反应速率;并改变搅拌速度、水相pH值、萃取剂浓度、萃取温度和萃取时间,考察其对Cya-nex272-BmimF6离子液体系萃取金(Ш)速率的影响。由实验结果推断,Cyanex272-Bmi-mPF6离子液体系萃取金(Ш)的动力学为化学过程控制,并对其萃取机理进行了讨论。利用Cyanex272萃取工业废液中金(Ш)的实验结果表明:浓度为0.350 0 mol/L的Cyanex272-BminPF6离子液体系在pH值为6.0、温度为25℃下对含金废液萃取15 min,分配比D可达63.32。
The forward reaction rate of Au(Ⅲ) extraction in Cyanex272-BmimPF6 ionic liquid system was measured with laminar flow constant interfacial cell method. The effects of stirring speed, pH of water phase, concentration of extraction agent, temperature and extraction time on the rate of Au(Ⅲ) extraction in Cyanex272-BmimPF6 ionic liquid system were investigated. The results indicated that the kinetics of Au(Ⅲ)) extraction in Cyanex272-BmimPF6 ionic liquid system was controlled by chemical process. Besides, the extraction mechanism was discussed. The experimental results showed that when the Au (Ⅲ) in waste liquid was extracted by Cyanex272-BmimPF6 ionic liquid (pH 6.0) at 25 ℃ for 15 min, the distribution ratio was up to 63.32.
