活性炭和硫脲分离富集粗铜中金钯 被引量:7

摘要 研究用王水溶解试样,在硫酸的介质中加入活性炭、硫脲共同吸附和沉淀溶液中金、钯的方法。对活性炭和硫脲富集金、钯的条件进行了试验,结果表明,在硫脲分解生成硫化物沉淀的温度(约230℃,即硫酸冒浓白烟)下,试液保持1~2min,然后在室温下放置1h,0.2g活性炭和1.0g硫脲可吸附和沉淀10g粗铜中的金和钯,与铜、铋、锡、铁、镍、锌等元素分离。此方法与原子吸收光谱法相结合,可快速、准确地测定粗铜中金、钯,测定结果与火试金法测定的结果一致,相对标准偏差小于3%(n=7)。 A method for the decomposition of sample with aqua regia and the adsorption and precipitation of Au and Pd by active carbon and thiourea in sulfuric acid medium was developed. The separation and enrichment conditions of Au and Pd by active carbon and thiourea were investigated. The results showed that,when the sample solution was kept for 1--2 rain about 230 ℃ ,at which thiourea was decomposed to sulfide precipitation, i. e. ,copious fumes of sulfuric acid are evolved, and placed for 1 h at room temperature, Au and Pd in 10 g of raw copper could be absorbed and precipitated by 0. 2 g of active carbon and 1.0 g of thiourea, to separate from Cu, Bi, Sn, Fe,Ni and Zn. When combined with atomic absorption spectrometry, this method could rapidly and accurately determine Au and Pd in raw copper. The determination results were in good agreement with those obtained by fire assaying. The RSD was less than 3 % (n=7).
