Emerging China's Natural Gas Industry

介绍了我国引进俄罗斯天然气前期工作的漫长曲折的历程。总结了改革开放以来我国天然气产业在资源勘探、管网建设、用户市场开发、储气调峰等方面取得的成就,提出了存在的主要问题和应采取的措施。从敢于创新开发深层天然气、加快引进国外天然气工作步伐、加速全国天然气联网和储气库建设、加速下游天然气市场开发和用气结构调整等方面探讨了我国天然气产业的发展方向。

The prophase work for introducing natural gas from Russia to China is presented. The achievements made in resource exploration, network construction, user market development, gas storage and peak-shaving in China＇ s natural gas industry since the reform and opening are summarized. The main problems and the corresponding measures are put forward. The development direction of China＇ s natural gas industry is discussed from aspects of exploiting deep natural gas, quickening the pace of intro- ducing foreign natural gas, accelerating the nationwide natural gas networking and the construction of gas storage reservoir, promoting the downstream natural gas market development and adjusting gas consumption structure.
