Competitive intelligence is vital for enterprise ＇existence and development.But the system of competitive intelligence has not played a due role for current enterprise. This paper analyzes the current situation of competitive intelligence utility and the essential of college libraries intelligence service. It elusidates the measures and steps of the service.
