摘要
当前,我国改制后的民营性福利机构的管理模式和运作机制已逐渐步入正轨,取得了显著成果,但仍存在很多问题。在对徐州FH福利院进行深入调查的基础上,提出了完善我国养老福利机构改革的具体路径:提高人员素质,关注老人心理;引入现代机制,完善绩效管理;多方筹集资金,完善监督机制;深入市场调查,完善养老结构;树立组织文化,强化品牌意识。
At present, the operating mechanism and the management model of reformed private welfare agencies has been on the right track, and achieves remarkable results. However, there are still many problems. On the basis of investigating into FH welfare in Xuzbou in-depth, the paper puts forward a series of specific path of institutional reform to perfeet old-age benefits of China as that improve the quality of personnel and pay attention to the elder psyehology, introduce modern machinery and improve performance management, raise funds in various ways and improve the supervision mechanism, research market in depth and improve old- age structure; establish the organizational culture and strengthen brand awareness.
