摘要
目的研究地锦草提取物对真菌细胞膜中麦角甾醇生物合成的影响。方法真菌经不同浓度地锦草提取物作用孵育7d后,经过皂化、提取,采用高效液相色谱法考察其麦角甾醇的含量变化。结果地锦草提取物能使真菌中的麦角甾醇含量下降(P<0.01),麦角甾醇含量变化有明显的剂量依赖性。结论地锦草提取物通过抑制真菌的麦角甾醇生物合成而发挥其高效抗真菌活性。
Objective To study the effect of extracts from Euphorbia humifusa on ergosterol biosynthesis in fungus. Methods The fungi were incubated for 7 d with different concentrations of Euphorbia humifusa extracts, and the content of ergosterol in which was detected by HPLC after saponification and extraction. Results Euphorbia humifusa extracts inhibited the ergosterol biosynthesis( P 〈0.01 ) in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Euphorbia humifusa extracts has remarkable antifungal activity by inhibiting the ergosterol biosynthesis in fungus.
