摘要
为探讨二甲酸钾、苯甲酸和山梨酸对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和胴体品质的影响,360羽21日龄雌性黄羽肉鸡随机分为对照组和3个处理组(在基础日粮中分别添加二甲酸钾、苯甲酸和山梨酸,添加量均为6 g/kg),每组5个重复,每个重复18只.试验6周.分别于42和63日龄称其体质量并计算平均日增质量、平均日采食量和料质量比.试验结束后屠宰测定腹脂率、胸肌率和腿肌率,另采集胸肌和腿肌样品测定pH和失水率,以及腿肌糖原含量、乳酸脱氢酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性.试验结果表明:日粮中添加苯甲酸能够显著降低肉鸡平均日增质量和日采食量,并显著降低肉鸡腹脂率;日粮中添加山梨酸能够显著提高肉鸡的饲料转化效率,而二甲酸钾对试验鸡的生长性能无显著性影响.3种有机酸均具有降低胸肌和腿肌pH1 h的趋势,显著提高肌肉的系水力,但对胸肌率和腿肌率均无显著影响,对肌肉乳酸脱氢酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性亦无显著影响.
To investigate the effects of potassium diformate, benzoic acid and sorbic acid on the growth performance and carcass traits of yellow feathered broilers, 360 21-day-old female birds were randomly divided into control diet and three treatment groups (supplemented with 6 g/kg potassium diformate, benzoic acid and sorbic acid respectively). Each group had five replicates. The experiment lasted for 6 weeks. At 42 d and 63 d of age, average daily gain, feed/gain were detected. The breast and leg muscle samples were collected to detect the pH values and water holding capacity, as well as the content of glycogen, the activity of lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) and succinic acid dehydrogenase (SDH) in thigh muscle. The results indicated that supplementation with benzoic acid significantly decreased the average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI), while the feed conversion efficiency was markedly increased in sorbic acid group. But no obviously change of growth performance was found in potassium diformate group. The abdominal fat percentage (AFP) was significantly decreased in benzoic acid group, while both the breast muscle percentage (BMP) and leg muscle percentage (LMP) were unaffected by all these acids treatment. Potassium diformate and benzoic acid significantly increased the content of glycogen, then decreased pH1 h and significantly increased the water-holding capacity of muscles. But all examined organic acids had not effect on the activity of LDH and SDH in leg muscle. In conclusion, the 3
