油田产能建设后评价是一项综合性工作,它通过对产能建设中涉及的各个工程的实施效果的后评价,总结和推广原油投资项目管理经验。利用.Net开发了基于.Net的产能建设后评价系统,该系统由客户端和服务端组成,后评价报告内容来自于不同数据源,对于生产上游数据库的数据可以直接调用,各个部门的人员通过使用客户端程序完成自身的报告内容,报告内容保存在远程数据库中,客户端还可以访问数据库中的历史数据。实现了产能建设后评价报告的远程处理、管理和共享,降低了产能建设后评价工作的繁琐,给产能建设后评价人员带来了极大的便利。

Evaluation after Oil Production Capacity Building is a comprehensive work, which summarize and promote the experience of oil investment management by Evaluating capacity building of all involved in the implementation of the project results o Use. Net--based technology to develop the Production Capacity Building Evaluation System,the system consists of client and server,the contents of Evaluation＇s document are from different data sources ,we can directly use the data which is in the production database ,the staff of different appartments use the client to finish their documents. The content of document is saved on the remote database, client can get the historical data on the database. The system has achieved the report of the capcity--building after the evaluation processing,management and sharing,reduced the capacity--building after the evaluation of red tape, to the capacity--building after the evaluation of the staff has brought great convenience.
