摘要
高住高练低训是让运动员居住在人工低氧环境,训练采用以常氧训练为主,低氧运动为辅的方式.研究高住高练低训对运动员免疫机能状态的影响,结果表明H iH iLo实验阶段运动员机体免疫机能没有出现明显变化.在四周H iH iLo训练中,白细胞介素4(IL-4)和γ干扰素(INF-γ)出现了显著且两者变化具有同步性,提示指标可能作为H iH iLo中免疫机能监控的敏感指标.
Living high-training low (HiI.o)is frequently used by competitive athletes to improve sea-level performance. The present study was designed to test HiHiLo's effects and its mechanism about acid-base balance. In the training with four weeks IL-4 and INF-γ appears obvious changes and the changes are synchronization. The experiments show that suggestive index can be sensitive index on athlete's immune function.
