绿色化学理念下半微量有机实验的设置 被引量:9

摘要 在绿色化学理念指导下,将半微量化实验引入到有机化学实验教学中.实验内容设置上,做到常规实验半微量化.实验过程中,以减少药品用量,选用低毒替代品,重视回收及再利用试剂等方法尽可能实现实验的绿色化.同时,凭借半微量实验中综合性、设计性实验对学生实践能力和创新自主能力进行培养.实践证明,半微量化实验引入到有机化学实验教学,对实现化学实验绿色化,促进学生能力培养效果良好. The half-micro experiment is introduced to the organic synthesis experiment teaching based on the concept of green chemistry. The routine experiment is made on half-micro scale as for the content setting. The green chemistry is tried to be realied by means of decrement of reagent dosage, displacement of low toxicity reagent, recycle of production and other methods. Meanwhile, students' practical and innovative abilities are cultivated in virtue of comprehensive and designable experiment. It is proved that great achievement has been made in green chemistry and cultivation of student's abilities because of the implementation of half-micro organic synthesis experiment.
