摘要
文章明确了广州地区《造林建设工程造价编制规范》中设计的造林企业定额的概念,对造林施工企业定额的编制重点、编制原则等进行了阐述。总结出企业定额编制可采用技术测定、经验系数换算、现场统计比较等方法,同时就各方法的优缺点及适用范围进行了探讨,提出在推行《造林建设工程造价编制规范》的情况下企业定额简明适用、切合实际、科学合理的编制方法。
This paper analyzes quota＇s concept. It also put forward the main points and thoughts of forestation enterprise quota compiling, and introduced measurement method, empirical coefficient method, analysis of the field statistics method . Under the mode of construction cost standard of forestation project, forestation enterprises should finish enterprise quota＇s compilation rapidly. This job aims to make corporation quota concise, applicable, scientific, rational and guarantee the modernization of scientific management and the rationalization of enterprise quota.
