摘要
为探讨新型耐热保健饮料对热应激反应和热耐力的影响,将12只大白兔随机分为对照组和饮料组,分别给予0.15%盐水和耐热保健饮料,在人工气侯室连续受热2周,每天2h.这期间测定肛温、血乳酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、皮质醇和热应激蛋白70KDa(HSP70)。结果发现,该饮料减轻了家兔体内蓄热,减少了体内血乳酸、皮质醇的产生.提高了SOD活性,使HSP70的分布呈热耐受状态,这些提示了该饮料有助于家兔耐热能力的提高.
In order to study the effects of new type of drink for thermotolerance and health care on the heat stress response and thermoresistant ability of living things, 12 white rabbits were randomly divided into control and drink group,admistrated with 0.15% saline and the drink for thermotolerane and health care respectively. Rabbits were heated for two hours per day for two weeks in an artificial climate chamber (dry bulb temperature: 37. 0±1. 0℃)and rectal temperature,blood lactic acid,the activity of superoxide dismutase and distribution of heat stress protein 70 KDa were determined in the experiment. Results showed that,compared with control,the body temperature,lactic acid and corticosteroid of rabbits in drink group decreased,and the activity of superoxide dismutase and the synthesis of HSP70 in liver tissue increased and the distribution of HSP70 in liver cells was thermtolerant. The results indicated that the drink would be helpful to increase thermoresistant ability in rabbits.
