摘要
通过问卷调查和专家访谈等方法,对我国优秀运动员人力资本收益管理进行研究,为我国运动员科学管理和运动员人力资本的市场化运作提供参考。研究认为我国优秀运动员人力资本收入方式主要包括运动员工资、体育津贴、运动员奖金和贡献津贴、广告收入等;我国优秀运动员收益表现出项目差异性和运动水平差异性。并针对我国优秀运动员人力资本收益提出合理化建议。
By the methods of questionnaire survey and expert interview, this paper studies the profit management of human capital of Chinese elite athletes, in order to put forward reference for the scientific management of Chinese athletes and the human capital market operation of athletes. The author argues that the profit of Chinese elite athletes includes athletes' wa- ges, sports allowance, athletes' bonus and contributions allowance, advertising revenue and so on; the profit of Chinese elite athletes presents project differences and the movement level difference. It also puts forward the rationalization proposal of Chinese elite athletes' human capital profit.
