体育专业大学生择业心态特征研究

Characteristics of Job-Seeking Psychology of PE Undergraduates

在调查、访谈的基础上制定出体育专业大学生择业心态的问卷。研究结果表明:体育专业大学生择业心态由个人发展、职业社会地位及地域环境、亲情、个人奉献、工作福利待遇及稳定性、工作人际环境、个人能力和安全性等八个因素构成。通过具体分析体育专业大学生择业心态特点发现不同性别的体育专业大学生在职业社会地位及地域环境、亲情、个人奉献这三个因子维度上存在显著性差异;不同年级的体育专业大学生在个人发展和工作人际环境两个因子维度上存在显著性差异;不同专业方向的体育专业大学生在择业心态维度上存在显著性差异。

The authors design the questionnaire on job-seeking psychology of undergraduates based on investigation and interviews. The result shows that the job-seeking psychology of undergraduates consists of personal development, social status of occupations, geographical environment, family, personal dedication, welfare and stability, interpersonal environment, per- sonal capacity and safety. Then the authors analyze the characteristics of job-seeking psychology of PE undergraduates. It shows that males and females vary greatly in social status and geographical environment, family and personal dedication; students in different grades are different in individual development and interpersonal environment; students of different major directions are significantly different in the job-seeking psychology.
