摘要
从现代周期性耐力项目高水平专项体能训练的实际出发,以一般训练学为理论依据,提出了周期性耐力项目专项体能训练有效强度负荷区间概念。在分析周期性耐力项目核心竞技能力体能结构的基础上,基于有效强度负荷区间概念,对发展"速度—耐力二元复合素质"的极限强度负荷区间训练法、强度逼近训练法、逆向负荷结构训练法等训练方法进行了探讨。
According to the actual situation of high-level training of physical ability in modem cyclical endurance sports and taking the general training studies as the theory basis, the author of this paper puts forward the theory of effective strength load section of special physical ability training in cyclical endurance sports. Based on the analysis of core physical structure of competitive ability in cyclical endurance sports and on the conception of effective strength load section, the author also discusses the various training methods of developing "Speed and Endurance Compound Quality", such as ultimate strength load sector training, intensity approach and reversion load structure training.
